This site, as its content, including all information, text, graphics, URL and other material are there to inform u about EWED Company, inform u about our products and sell them to you according to your requests.

In the next document people who visit our site without buying or trying product will be referred as "website users" and those who buy/try our products will be "buyers". Mentioning "our products/services" refers to product or services we offer on our website.

EWED Company obligates to keep your information safe and we recommend you to read this statement about Privacy, Cookies and Third-Party links.

This statement is always available on our home page and its easy to access. Link is also placed on the bottom of every page on this website. Purpose of our Privacy Policy is to inform you about what data we collect and how we use your personal data and why. It also contains information about future Privacy Policy updates.

Our rules for privacy protection are applicable for collecting, using, protecting, sharing, transacting and saving personal data in all cases except we don't say opposite in the next text.

From who we collect personal information?

We collect personal information from our buyers. Users who do not buy or try our product will not be asked for any personal information and we won't collect it without their knowledge.

What personal information do we collect from the people that visit our website?

In order to provide you our services or products we must procces information about you. When ordering our services or products on our site, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your first name, last name and email address and other data, collected that could directly or indirectly identify you, or other details to help you with your experience. We collect all content you provide us when using our services including when u are placing an order or trying our services or when proceeding a transaction.

When do we collect information?

We collect information from you when you place an order or fill out a form on our site. Next to that, when u proceed a transaction trough a third-party site we collect your credit card info and all personal data which third-party site provide us.

How we utilize information?

We may use the information we collect from you when you register, make a purchase, sign up for our newsletter, respond to a survey or marketing communication, surf the website, or use certain other site features in the following ways:

  • To quickly process your transactions.
  • To ask for ratings and reviews of services or products
  • We will minimize the amount of data we collect from our users and limit its purpose only for what we have been given permission, and that's necessary to deliver our services or products. In some cases we might be required to collect data for lawful purposes. We collect data in order to deliver the services you have requested.

    How do we protect your information?

    We do not use vulnerability scanning and/or scanning to PCI standards and the reason is next:

    an external PCI compliant payment gateway handles all CC transactions and we do not have any obligations about transactions that proceed through third-party site.

    We do not use an SSL certificate because there's no need for it yet. Our business is developing and with its growing we will get an SSL certificate as soon as possible.

    Do we use 'cookies' and what are 'cookies'?

    We do not use cookies for tracking purposes or any other purposes, also we do not plant cookies in any way.

    A cookie is a small piece of data that a website asks your browser to store on your computer or mobile device. The cookie allows the website to "remember" your actions or preferences over time.

    Our websites includes hyperlinks to, and details of, third party websites. Occasionally, at our discretion, our website include or offer third-party products or services on our website. This site also can contain links, and details of, third-party websites without offering their products and services. These third-party sites have separate and independent privacy policies. We have no control over that and therefore have no responsibility or liability for the content, activities, privacy policies and practices of third parties. Nonetheless, we seek to protect the integrity of our site and welcome any feedback about these sites.

    We have not enabled Google AdSense on our site but we may do so in the future. You will be properly notificated if that happens.

    California Online Privacy Protection Act

    CalOPPA is the first state law in the nation to require commercial websites and online services to post a privacy policy.     According to CalOPPA, we agree to the following:

    Users can visit our site anonymously. Once this privacy policy is created, we will add a link to it on our home page or as a minimum, on the first significant page after entering our website. Our Privacy Policy link includes the word 'Privacy' and can easily be found on the page specified above. Our Privacy Policy to include:

    • A list of the categories of third parties with whom the operator may share such personally identifiable information;

    How does our site handle Do Not Track signals?

    Does our site allow third-party behavioral tracking?

    When it comes to the collection of personal information from children under the age of 13 years old, the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) puts parents in control. The Federal Trade Commission, United States' consumer protection agency, enforces the COPPA Rule, which spells out what operators of websites and online services must do to protect children's privacy and safety online.

    We do not specifically market to children under the age of 13 years old. Our products and services do not target children under the age of 13 years old and none of the content on website or this privacy policy isn't adapted for children to understand. Our company does not knowingly collect personal data from children under the age of 13. If we obtain actual knowledge that we have collected Personal Data from a child under the age of 13, we will promptly delete it, unless we are legally obligated to retain such data.     Fair Information Practices

    The Fair Information Practices Principles form the backbone of privacy law in the United States and the concepts they include have played a significant role in the development of data protection laws around the globe.
